
Reference Services
Access to select records of the West Indies Federation will be provided in a supervised reading room. Finding aids to the records will be available in electronic and paper-based formats. Consultation of records is by appointment only.

Conservation Services
Some conservation techniques are being carried out under the supervision of the Archivists-in-charge. These include processes such as deacidification, encapsulation and re-housing of material in acid-free storage, along with other preventive conservation methods. This service is provided at the discretion of the Archivists-in-charge. A fee structure will soon be enforced for provision of these services.
Consultation Services
The archivists have already started to offer advice and assistance with Records and Archives Management to various departments and units of the Campus. Site visits, needs assessments surveys and appraisal of records are conducted and a final report is produced with recommendations for proper record-keeping.

Records Transfer
The staff of the Archives are fully trained to physically transfer records in accordance with accepted archival practices in order to prevent further damage or destruction of materials.

Exhibitions/Open Days/Workshops
The archivists will seek to promote the Archives and educate users about its holdings by hosting exhibitions, open days and workshops from time to time.
